The match between HBT and GAM in the T10 league was an action-packed affair, filled with dramatic twists and stellar performances. Galle Marvels, batting first, struggled to build a competitive total, managing only 90 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in their allotted 10 overs.

The innings started poorly as opener Sadeera Samarawickrama fell for just 6 runs, and star batsman Bhanuka Rajapaksa followed suit without scoring. Alex Hales, known for his explosive batting, could only contribute 5 runs. The Marvels were left reeling at 24/4 within the first three overs.

Despite the early collapse, Lahiru Udara and Shakib Al Hasan tried to stabilize the innings. Udara’s gritty 12 off 24 balls and Shakib’s 12 off 9 gave the team some hope, but consistent breakthroughs by the Tigers’ bowlers kept the pressure on.
