Interestingly enough, during a recent interview, Kapil Dev discussed about various issues related to Indian cricket. He was asked about why India have not been able to find a top-class bowling all-rounder who can also lead from the front. To this, he responded by saying that nobody really looks for a specific kind of player. To him what seems more important is how a player is groomed and treated properly in the long run.
