India and West Indies are locking horns in the third T20I of the series at Providence Stadium, Guyana. West Indies skipper Rovman Powell won the toss and elected to bat first. However, the start of the game was delayed due to a bizarre reason as the ground staff forgot to draw the 30-yard circle on the ground. The umpires and the players had already made their way out in the middle but had to walk off which delayed the start of the game by a few minutes.
