The Asia Cup 2023 final is right around the corner. team India and Sri Lanka will be taking on each other in the summit clash of the tournament on Sunday, September 17, and it could be interesting to see which side comes out on top when both take the field.
As fans wonder about the possible squad that will take the field in the final, they could be in for some big changes in the lineup, starting with star all-rounder Axar Patel. It could be likely that Axar could miss the final of the Asia Cup 2023 (as per Cricbuzz), as he came out of the clash against Bangladesh with several niggles.
The extent of his injury is currently unknown, but it is likely that Axar could miss the game against Sri Lanka with Washington Sundar replacing him.
