The USA is all set to host the premium clash between India and Pakistan at the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. Slated to be held from June 4 to 30, the T20 World Cup will be co-hosted by the USA and the West Indies.
As per the recently announced schedule, India will lock horns with Pakistan on June 9 at the new Nassau County International Stadium in New York’s Long Island, where a 34,000-seat temporary stadium will be constructed.
The Eisenhower Park agreement with Nassau County officials is said to be key to solving the ICC’s problems in the context of the venues present in the USA for a cricket match. It is also worth noting that the temporary stadium will be made from modular steel and aluminium technology and the various other facilities will comprise of marquee tents and modular structures.
