‘What?’ – Furious Jadeja screams at Heinrich Klaasen after dismissing Mayank Agarwal

In the 29th match of the ongoing IPL 2023, things got heated up between Ravindra Jadeja and Heinrich Klassen. Notably, the South Africa international blocked Jadeja’s attempt to catch Mayank Agarwal’s shot and that didn’t go well with the all-rounder. Even though Klaasen later apologised, Jadeja was furious anyway.

However, in the very next delivery, the spin wizard got the better of Agarwal as the batter stepped out of his crease for Dhoni to stump him. As the cricketer was walking back to the pavilion, Jadeja screamed at Klaasen saying ‘What?’ The video of which went instantly viral on social media.

Jadeja picks three as SRH post 134 in the first innings

Sunrisers Hyderabad changed its strategy against CSK as the Aiden Markram-led side decided to change their opening pair in Chepauk. Abhisekh Sharma was sent to open alongside Harry Brook but the pair couldn’t do much. Sharma started well but eventually, Jadeja got the better of him in the 10th over of the match. The all-rounder also picked up two more wickets to derail SRH’s momentum with the bat.

On the other hand, Matheesha Theekshana once again lived up to his potential, conceding just 22 runs in his four overs and picking up the important wicket of Klaasen. Meanwhile, interestingly, Mayank Agarwal was used as a finisher as the 32-year-old came out to bat at number six. He managed to score only two runs off four deliveries.

Now, due to an underwhelming performance with the bat, SRH could post only 134 runs on the board in the first innings. Abhisekh Sharma with 34 runs finished as the leading run-scorer of the match while Jadeja with three wickets was the standout performer for the home side.

Meanwhile, the MS Dhoni-led side will be gunning to finish the game early and increase their net run rate. They are currently third on the IPL Points Table and if they manage to defeat SRH by a convenient margin, they can very well move to the top two of the table.
