New Zealand ace pacer Trent Boult surprised his Mumbai Indians (MI) teammates by attempting to sing the popular Hindi song “Aaja Meri Gaadi Mein Baith Jaa,” which brought an instant smile on his teammates’ faces. Boult, who has often expressed his love for music and enjoys playing the guitar, took up the challenge of singing a Hindi song.

The video posted on MI’s social media handle shows him struggling to get the lyrics right, with his teammates coming in to help. His effort and accent made the moment even funnier. Despite struggling with the lyrics, the Kiwi almost nailed the line towards the end.
