T10 cricket has gripped everyone in recent times and it has not failed to let the fans experience some enthralling moments on the field. In the latest gravity-defying moment, in the Qualifier 2 clash of the Abu Dhabi T10 League, Morrisville Samp Army took on Delhi Bulls. Former South African skipper and batter Faf du Plessis yet again took a Blinder to stun the fans and cricket experts.

Faf who was fielding in the cover region, first dismissed opener Tom Banton and then left Shadab Khan stunned with his electrifying acrobatic catch to set the stage ablaze. The moment happened in the second over’s fourth ball when Amir Hamza pitched up a fuller-length ball to Shadab Khan. In reply, Khan tried to go over the covers but failed to connect it sweetly. Despite that at one point the ball almost had sailed last Faf du Plessis but before it could get past the South African, he took a one-handed screamer to dismiss the Pakistani all rounder.

Meanwhile, speaking of the match, Plessis’ team successfully chased down the target of 90 runs with an over in spare. However, Faf du Plessis who has been in sublime touch in the tournament with two half-centuries to his name, failed to get going on this occasion. He scored just one run in three balls before Muhammad Rohid cleaned him up.

Courtesy of their win, the side stormed into the final, where currently, Army are up against Deccan Gladiators and gave a 105-run target. In reply, Gladiators are cruising well and almost on the verge of winning the Abu Dhabi T10 2024 season title as they need just six runs to lift the coveted title.
