After the conclusion of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, India star batter Virat Kohli returned to Mumbai. After reaching Mumbai, the India batter met the Norway-based dance group Quick Style, with whom he spent some relaxing time and also shook a leg. The ace cricketer posted a photo of him with the group on his official Twitter handle. He also tagged the official Twitter handle of the popular dance group and wrote, “Guess who I met in Mumbai.”

Kohli, who did not bat well in the first three Tests, played an impressive knock in the fourth and final Test in Ahmedabad. The former India skipper was bestowed with the Player of the Match award after scoring a Test century for the first time in three years.

Later, the dance group shared a video with Kohli on their Instagram page and captioned the post, “When Virat and Quick Style”.

The video starts with one member of the dance group picking up a cricket bat. He looks flummoxed and is unsure of what to do with it. Soon, Virat Kohli enters the scene and gestures him to hand the bat over to him. After that, other members of the crew come in and break into dancing, grooving to Stereo Nation’s ‘Ishq’, where Kohli joins them as well. The video soon went viral on the internet.

Kohli scores Test century after three years

India clinched the Border-Gavaskar Trophy by 2-1 on Monday, March 13. India retained the trophy after the fourth and final Test at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad ended in a draw. The Rohit Sharma-led side also secured their spot in the World Test Championship (WTC) final after Sri Lanka lost to New Zealand in the first Test. India will take on Australia in the WTC summit clash on June 7 at The Oval, London.

Former India captain Virat Kohli was the star performer of the final Test. The 34-year-old smashed a brilliant 186 off 364 balls and guided India to post 571 in their first innings to take a 91-run lead over Australia. It was a special knock for him as he scored a test hundred after three-long years.

His last century in Tests came in the year 2019, when he scored 136 runs against Bangladesh in Kolkata.
