Team India recently won the T20 World Cup 2024 while remaining unbeaten throughout the tournament. Notably, this was their second World Cup title in the format. Drawn with the likes of the USA and Pakistan in the group stages, India went on to the Super Eight stage of the tournament, where they took on Australia, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh.

The Men in Blue won every clash there as well and went on to face England in the semi-final and South Africa in the final. There were many players who played a big role in India’s World Cup triumph, and star wicketkeeper Sanju Samson was part of the same squad. Coming forward to talk about India’s World Cup, Samson reflected on his feelings after winning the title. The 29-year-old revealed how the emotions are still flowing through the entire team brimming with unbelievable experiences.

“The emotions are still going through. The photos are still around. It was an unbelievable experience. I couldn’t stop smiling. Very fortunate to be part of the team. Credit to everyone who contributed. It was a complete team effort,” Samson was quoted as saying by NDTV.

“There will be some shuffle in the batting order, hoping to get some time in the middle. I have been leading RR for the last four years. There have been some legends.
