Australia will meet South Africa for the third time in the five-match ODI series at Senwes Park in Potchefstroom on September 12. Australia have won the first two ODIs.

Australia’s David Warner and Marnus Labuschagne scored centuries to lead their team to a convincing 123-run victory over South Africa in the second ODI. Adam Zampa took four wickets in the bowling department, while Nathan Ellis and Sean Abbott took two wickets each. Australia would look to sweep the series.

South Africa’s best batters were Quinton de Kock (45), Temba Bavuma (46), Heinrich Klaasen (49), and David Miller (49), but they were not enough to chase down Australia’s total of 392. Tabraiz Shamsi picked up four wickets in the bowling department, and Kagiso Rabada took two.

The third ODI is expected to be a close contest, but Australia will be the favourites to win. They have won the first two matches, and they have a strong batting and bowling lineup. However, South Africa will be looking to fight back and avoid a series loss.
