The T20 World Cup-winning Indian Cricket Team finally returned home after being stranded for a few days in Barbados amid Hurricane Beryl. The Men in Blue landed in Delhi on Thursday, July 4, in a specially-arranged charter flight.

Upon reaching the Capital, the Indian cricketers were in festive mood as they were greeted by euphoric fans at the airport. Buses were arranged for them and their families, which took them to hotel ITC Maurya in New Delhi. After reaching the hotel, as the players were making their way in, they were greeted by a group of people dancing their hearts out on the beats of dhol. The players would have been jet-lagged after their long journey from the Caribbean but that didn’t stop them from displaying their dance moves.

Suryakumar Yadav, Yashasvi Jaiswal join in on the fun

Suryakumar Yadav, who took the decisive catch of the dangerous David Miller in the last over of the final between India and South Africa, couldn’t stop himself from dancing upon hearing the dhol beats. He was joined by Yashasvi Jaiswal, who was the backup opener during the campaign.
