Laxmipathy Balaji believes back surgery is a bit jittery for pacers like Bumrah
However, former Indian pacer Laxmipathy Balaji has warned that Jasprit Bumrah may face some challenges in his comeback. Balaji highlighted that any back surgery comes with its own set of hiccups and that Bumrah will need time to adjust and perform at his best. Despite these challenges, Balaji expressed confidence in Bumrah’s abilities.
“Any back surgery, it’ll have some little bit of hiccups here and there,” Balaji told Sportstar.
India will be looking to bounce back from their recent series loss against West Indies and regain their winning form. Led by Bumrah, the team will aim to showcase their skills and dominate the three T20Is against Ireland, which will be played on August 18, 20, and 23, respectively, in Dublin.
