Ravindra Jadeja produced a fiery spell of bowling to rattle the Nepal batters, picking up three wickets in the middle overs to help India restrict them to 230 in 48.2 overs. He also became the joint-leading wicket-taker for India in Asia Cup history, alongside Irfan Pathan, and the joint-fourth leading wicket-taker in Asia Cup overall. His spell of bowling was particularly impressive in the middle overs when he bowled a tight line and length and prevented Nepal from scoring runs.
