Ravichandran Ashwin picks his all-time IPL XI

Star spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has picked his all-time IPL XI. He has picked six batters including a wicketkeeper and five bowlers. The veteran named AB de Villiers, Sunil Narine, Rashid Khan and Lasith Malinga as the four foreigners and picked MS Dhoni as the captain of the team.

Ashwin also named Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli as the openers. Notably, Rohit has played 257 matches in the Indian Premier League and has scored 6628 runs at a strike rate of 131.14. He has also captained Mumbai Indians to five titles. On the other hand, Kohli has played 252 matches in the IPL and has scored 8004 runs at a strike rate of 131.97. He is also the leading run-scorer in the history of the tournament.

Ashwin has named Suresh Raina, Suryakumar Yadav, and AB de Villiers at number three, four and five respectively. He has named Rashid Khan and Sunil Narine as two spinners and Jasprit Bumrah, Bhuvnheshwar Kumar and Lasith Malinga as the pacers.
