ODI World Cup 2023: Match 40, England vs Netherlands, Stats & Records at Maharashtra International Cricket Stadium, Pune

Batting first, Netherlands were all out for 179 in 46.3 overs, with Max ODowd (42) and Sybrand Engelbrecht (58) being the top scorers. However, the Dutch bowling attack failed to defend their total, as Afghanistan chased down the target with seven wickets in hand.

Netherlands currently hold a position above England in the points table, having won two out of their seven matches played, with a net run rate of –1. 398. The team have shown that they can upset the odds, so England will need to be wary of them.
