‘We haven’t got any response regarding that yet’ – CAB on BCCI’s response to their request

The match between KKR and LSG, scheduled to take place on April 6, is asked to be rescheduled or moved to a different venue by CAB to BCCI. CAB President Snehasish Ganguly had earlier claimed the Kolkata Police wasn’t confident of providing adequate security for the match, which led to the ‘misleading posts’.

Kolkata Police addressed the issue with their post on X. On April 6, the KKR vs LSG match will collide with Ram Navami celebrations. To avoid security and safety issues, CAB has consulted BCCI over rescheduling or moving the match to a different venue.

CAB’s letter to BCCI regarding the rescheduling or moving the match to a different venue has not been answered yet. “We haven’t got any response regarding that yet,” A CAB official confirmed with the Indian Express.
