Pakistan and England are all set to take on each other in an upcoming Test series. Both sides will lock horns in the first Test, at the Multan Cricket Stadium, on October 7. Ahead of the first Test, England came forward and announced that Josh Hull would be missing the tour to Pakistan.

Hull will be missing the series due to a quad injury, and it is worth noting that he missed the ongoing Australia series due to injury as well, which he suffered during his Test debut against Sri Lanka at the Kia Oval. The left-arm pacer will continue his recovery process instead of travelling with the team to Pakistan for the Test series. The news of Hull missing the tour to Pakistan was shared by England Cricket on their official X handle.

“Get well soon, Josh. Josh Hull has been ruled out of our Test tour of Pakistan due to a quad injury,” England Cricket tweeted.

England to clash with Australia at the Lord’s next

Speaking of England, the side is currently taking on Australia in an ODI series. Both sides have played three ODIs against each other so far, where Australia have won the first two ODIs, with England registering a win in the third ODI.

With Australia having gained the lead in the series, England have a must-win encounter with the upcoming fourth ODI. On the other hand, Australia will clinch the series if they manage to register a win in the fourth game.

For the fourth ODI, England and Australia will take on each other at the Lord’s Cricket Ground in London on September 27. Furthermore, if England manage to win the fourth ODI, the fifth clash will be the series decider. The fifth and final ODI will be played at the County Ground, Bristol, on September 29.
