In the tenth match of the Indian Premier League 2024, Kolkata Knight Riders beat Royal Challengers Bengaluru by seven wickets while chasing a target of 183 at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Shreyas Iyer won the toss and put the hosts into bat.
Virat Kohli bravely fought with an 83*(59) with some support from Cameron Green who scored 33, Glenn Maxwell made 28, while Dinesh Karthik applied the finishing touches with a quick 20-run cameo.
But, the Player of the Match, Sunil Narine put on a show during the powerplay and made sure that the game was done and dusted. After Mayank Dagar got Narine, Venkatesh Iyer scored a fluent fifty with skipper Shreyas Iyer finishing the formalities with a free-flowing 39.
