The Kolkata Knight Riders have kicked off their IPL 2024 in the best possible way, hoarding a couple of wins in as many matches. Their first game against the Sunrisers Hyderabad was a closely-fought encounter, one which went right down to the wire, while their second one against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru was much more emphatic, with KKR emerging victorious via a dominant margin.
KKR will be playing the Delhi Capitals at the Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium, Visakhapatnam on April 3, 2024.
The mood in the camp would be quite upbeat after their positive start to the campaign, with the buoyant nature of the group being evident on the hard-hitting batters, Rinku Singh and Andre Russell.

A video of the KKR players en route to Vizag was posted on X by the official handle of KKR, which was initially focused on Rinku, occupying the window seat, who was seen singing the famous Bollywood song ‘Lutt Putt Gaya’ from franchise owner Shahrukh Khan’s starrer Dunki, which got released in December last year. After singing a few lines, Rinku was seen directing the cameraman to Russell, prompting him to sing the song, who was seen wearing black shades and holding a coffee in his hand.
Before proceeding with his attempt, Russell humorously remarked about the song being his, and that Rinku didn’t have any right to sing it. Further, Russell attempted the song, in his characteristic coarse voice, which left everyone in splits, including himself. Rinku remarked on Russell’s accent, with him comically imitating the way Russell sang.

KKR aim to maintain an unbeaten streak in IPL 2024
Along with RR, KKR remain the only franchise out of the 10 teams to remain undefeated in the ongoing edition of the IPL. The clash between DC and KKR promises to be a riveting one, with DC coming off a revitalizing win against defending champions CSK. For the records, KKR edge DC with 16 victories to their name as compared to 15 to DC, with one match turning out to be a no-result between the two sides.
