In a recent development, the list of all players for the upcoming auction has been announced. As the IPL 2024 mini-auction approaches on December 19th, all eyes are on Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena, where 333 cricketers, including 214 Indian and 119 overseas players (with 2 from associate nations), will be up for grabs. Of these, 116 are capped players, 215 are uncapped, and 2 are from associate nations, providing a diverse selection for team franchises.
With 77 slots available, including 30 for overseas players, the auction promises to be exciting. The highest reserve price is set at INR 2 crore, with 23 players in contention, while 13 players have a base price of INR 1.5 crore. The auction will commence at 1 PM local time in Dubai and 2:30 PM IST, with the cricketing community eagerly anticipating the outcome and the start of the IPL 2024 season on March 23rd, running until May 29th.
