The three-match ODI series will be followed by a single Test match and three T20 Internationals to cap out South Africa’s all-format women’s tour of India. The remaining games will be played in Chennai, however, the One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and the visiting team’s one-day warm-up match versus the Board President’s XI will be held in Bengaluru.
The T20Is being played at the end of the series are part of a plan to maintain format consistency in advance of the T20 World Cup, which is scheduled to take place in Bangladesh from September to October, as previously reported by ESPNcricinfo.
Following the June 13 warm-up match, the ODIs, Test, and T20Is are scheduled for June 16, 19, 23, and July 28–31. The Test will take place from June 28–31.

Schedule for India vs South Africa series
The one-time Test was not initially included in the ICC’s FTP. It was added because, as of late, both the BCCI and the CSA have been attempting to promote women’s tests. India has played three Tests in the last seven months, the first two being at home against Australia and England in December of last year.
In the meanwhile, South Africa returned to the format in June 2022 after an eight-year break in England, and they played Australia in Perth in February.

In the most recent edition of the women’s domestic cricket schedule, the BCCI also reinstated a red-ball event, holding an inter-zonal competition including five matches overall. The BCCI hasn’t held a red-ball competition for its female cricket players since 2018.
