Karnataka’s state capital Bengaluru has been announced as the host for the first Test between India and New Zealand. In a latest development, Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA), has said that the tickets for the thrilling first Test at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru will be sold online via PayTM Insider and the association’s official website.

According to a press release by KSCA, the ticket sales information for the India vs New Zealand Test in Bengaluru will be undertaken online for the general public. The state association also revealed the date and timings for the commencement of the tickets.

“The Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) is pleased to announce that online ticket sales for the upcoming series, 1st Test Match between India and New Zealand will begin on Saturday, October 5th, 2024, starting at 10:00 AM. The match, scheduled from Wednesday, October 16th to Sunday, October 20th 2024, will take place at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, with play commencing at 9:30 AM daily,” the release dated October 04 read.

“Tickets can be purchased on insider or ksca.cricket. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets early to secure their seats for this exciting Test series,” it mentioned further.

IND vs NZ, 1st Test, Match Timings:

The opening Test, which will begin on October 16, will see the play on each day starting at 9.30 am (Indian Standard Time), and will have three sessions, with Stumps at 4.30 pm daily. As per playing conditions, 90 overs are slated to be bowled daily across the five days, unless the match concludes.

The season ticket for the first Test between India and New Zealand at the iconic M. Chinnaswamy Stadium has been smartly priced, as fans can get their hands on the tickets for this exciting contest from as low as INR 600 going up to INR 7,500 for the entirety of the match, which means that the same ticket will be valid across five days, subject to daily re-entry restrictions.

The H Lower Stand has been priced at INR 600, and the Stands B, C, D Corporate, N, and P4 range between INR 1,200 to 2,500. The P Terrace Stand is the costliest and will be available for INR 7,500 for the whole of the Test match.
