The 35-year-old batter said it is the return to his family roots and a chance for him to contribute to the growth of cricket in the European nation going forward. One of the batters who is in the category is Joe Burns, who has given some great performances for the Aussies but has not managed to keep his place in the side. Though we would have liked to see Burns succeed in Australia, it turns out he has found his calling in Italy and seems motivated to represent the side in the future as well. Burns already has a lot of experience playing for one of the best teams in international cricket and it will be interesting to see what plans he will have while leading Italy on the international stage.
