Social media domain was quite chirpy on Sunday, December 15, as several former cricketers reacted to Day 2 of the ongoing Brisbane Test being played as part of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy (BGT 2024-25). Notably, there were three standout performers on what turned out to be a blockbuster Sunday.

Another notable trend saw the former international cricketer turned commentator Isha Guha lauding Steve Smith a gritty hundred, which ended his lean patch Test cricket.
