In a recent development for Pakistan Super League (PSL) history, Catherine Dalton has been signed as the fast-bowling coach for Multan Sultans, making her the first female coach in PSL history and the first female fast-bowling coach of a top-level men’s side. The official announcement is set to be made later today.
Catherine Dalton, 30, hailing from England and an Irish citizen since 2015, is no stranger to Pakistan, having visited the country twice before. During her previous visits, she worked closely with numerous fast bowlers, including the likes of Mohammad Ilyas, Sameen Gul, and Arshad Iqbal, in addition to nurturing several Under-19 players.
