Arjun Tendulkar, who represents Goa in the domestic circuit, attained his career-best bowling figures in a Ranji Trophy match against Gujarat on Sunday, February 18.
Putting in an impressive performance with the ball, Tendulkar took four wickets and conceded 49 runs in 21 overs against Gujarat, maintaining an economy of 2.33 and delivering three maidens as well.
The pacer has been subpar in his showings in first-class cricket so far. Currently, Goa occupy last place in their Ranji group with no wins in the six matches that they have played in. As they continue their tussle against Gujarat, they will hope that things can turn around for them.

In response, Gujarat scored 346 runs with the help of P K Panchal opening the innings with 171 runs to his name. As Goa aimed to minimise the trail and post a big total on the board, the side failed to repeat their performance from the first innings.
