The three-match series between Amazons and Super Women finally came to a conclusion as Amazons won the game and the series in a fabulous manner. Batting first, Amazons managed to put forth a massive target on the board.
Bismah Maroof was sensational for Amazons, as she scored an unbeaten 51 off 32 deliveries. She was assisted by Danni Wyatt who scored 43 runs off 20 deliveries. Maroof formed a 67-run third-wicket partnership with Tammy Beaumont, who also played a valuable knock of 39 runs. Following their exceptional batting performance, Amazons notched up a massive 218 runs on the board. For Super Women, Aiman Anwar gave away 40 runs, taking two wickets in the process.
When Super Women came in to bat, Chamari Athapaththu played a sensational innings for her side, scoring a magnificent century. She scored an unbeaten 107 in just 60 deliveries. However, despite her sensational knock, Super Women were unable to win the game as they only managed to score 185 runs. Chamari Athapaththu was the star performer for her side and also became the first centurion in the league. But she could not help her team get over the line as the other batters failed to provide her enough support.
Fatima Sana and Danni Wyatt were sensational with the ball as they shared five wickets among themselves to hinder the chase for Super Women. Following their victory, Amazons clinched the three-match series 2-1.

Following Amazons’ victory, skipper Bismah Maroof took to Twitter to give her take on the win and celebrate the victory with fans.
She also thanked PCB-Chairman Najam Sethi for coming up with the initiative and extended gratitude to the foreign players who participated in the tournament.
“Champions! We did it! Super proud of my team Amazons for their incredible performance throughout the series. Thanks to @TheRealPCB and sir @najamsethi for this wonderful initiative. Also, thanks to all the foreign players for their contributions. Pakistan Zindabad,” she tweeted.
