Several athletes and cricket legends have had an incredible journey through their careers and have shared great insights into what it was like being in their shoes and representing the country at the highest level. However, the path to achieving laurels for the country has often been difficult for the legends which also unearths their lesser-known side. Hence, many cricket stalwarts have released their autobiography in an attempt to allow people to peep into their lives as athletes and learn about the ups and downs they have faced away from the limelight.
In the same vein, the veteran off-spin India legend Ravichandran Ashwin is all set to embark on his writing journey in an attempt to share some fascinating stories from his career with his fans and the cricket fraternity alike. The Chennai-based legend recently took to his social media to reveal that sooner his fans will be in a treat to get their hands on his autobiography.
“A not so Kutti Story will be out soon. Really loved every bit of this journey,” Ashwin wrote on his ‘X’ handle while posing with his upcoming book in a slightly concealed manner.
Interestingly, Ravichandran Ashwin is not the only legendary figure in recent times to take this mode of communication to get people to know the real person he has been on and off the field. Not long ago, the former Australian all-rounder and legend Shane Watson launched his book- ‘The Winner’s Mindset’ to help youngsters tap into the minds of the champion players and the mindset they carry to a bigger stage with impeccable consistency. For the icing on the cake, Watson gave copies of his book and promoted with cricketing greats like Virat Kohli, Glenn Maxwell and Faf du Plessis to name a few during the IPL 2024.
