The 22nd match of Siechem Pondicherry T20 will be played between Yanam XI and Pondicherry South XI at Cricket Association Puducherry Siechem Ground in Puducherry on Friday (January 12). Yanam XI have won only two out of seven, with two abandoned games as well. On the other hand, Pondicherry South XI have won three out of seven games, with two games being abandoned.

Yanam XI played their last match against Pondicherry North XI, where Pondicherry North XI posted 160/6 on the board. While chasing 161, Yanam XI was able to score 124/9 and lost the match by 36 runs. Omar Patni scalped five wickets and restricted Yanam XI to this total.

Pondicherry South XI played their previous game against Karaikal XI, where they were able to score 120/8 in 20 overs. Karaikal XI chased the target in 19.3 overs with one wicket to spare. Love Kumar scalped three wickets, but it wasn’t enough to get them towards victory.
