Singapore will lock horns with Cambodia in the second semi-final of ACC Men’s T20I Challenger Cup 2024 at Terdthai Cricket Ground in Bangkok on Friday (February 9). Both teams have won two out of three matches so far.

Singapore played their last match against Japan, where they posted 176/5 on the board. Anish Paraam was the top scorer with 92* off 58. Skipper Aritra Dutta scored 39 runs off 34 balls. Their bowlers restricted Japan to 142/8 and won the match by 34 runs. Avi Dixit picked up three wickets. While his teammate, Anish Paraam picked up two.

Cambodia played their previous game against Bhutan, where they scored 174/8 in 20 overs. Uday Hathinjar 68 (45) and Skipper Luqman Butt 42 (31) helped them to reach this total. Their bowlers restricted Bhutan to 164/6 and won the game by 10 runs. Bhutan’s skipper Thinsley Jamtsho’s 66* (34) wasn’t enough for his team’s victory.
