Namibia, the Netherlands, and Nepal will be a part of the Cricket World Cup League 2 in the first of 24 Tri-Series that will take four teams to the Cricket World Cup 2027 Qualifiers.

Canada, Oman, Scotland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States of America are the other five participating countries in the campaign. The top four teams from this competition will be joined by the teams coming through the Qualifier Play-Offs as well as teams that don’t qualify automatically based on ODI Rankings.

Co-hosts South Africa and Zimbabwe are the direct entries to the mega event. The other top eight ranked teams will complete the 14-team World Cup lineup. In the first match of the League 2 campaign, Nepal will lock horns with Namibia at Mulpani Cricket Ground in Kathmandu on Thursday, February 15.
