Built-in 1864, the stadium has a seating capacity of over 66,000 and is one of the world’s oldest and largest cricket stadiums. The stadium is also home to the Kolkata Knight Riders, one of the most popular teams in the Indian Premier League.

2. Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad:

The newly built Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad is a modern marvel and the largest cricket stadium in the world, with a seating capacity of 132,000. It replaced the old Sardar Patel Stadium, which had 54,000. The stadium has hosted several international matches, including the pink-ball Test match between India and England in 2021. It is also the home of the Gujarat Cricket Association and the Rajasthan Royals in the IPL.

3. Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai:

The stadium is also the home ground of the Mumbai Indians, the most successful team in the IPL with five titles.
