Evin Lewis has scored two centuries in T20 internationals and both his centuries came against India. This knock is his career-best figure which he achieved in 2017 at Kingston. The West Indies were chasing a massive target of 191 runs. The team needed a hard-hitting display from Lewis who opened the innings with Chris Gayle. Lewis did not disappoint and lived up to the expectations with a brilliant batting performance. He scored 125 runs off just 62 deliveries with a strike rate of 201.61. His innings guided West Indies to a dominating victory by 9 wickets.

This is Lewis’ first century of his T20I career which he scored against India at Lauderhill in 2016. Along with Johnson Charles, the left-hander stitched built a massive 126-run opening partnership which pushed back the Indian bowlers. Lewis’ onslaught did not stop even after Johnson Charles’ dismissal as the left-hander continued to attack and ended up with a century which caused West Indies to post 245 runs for India to chase in the second innings.

Another phenomenal explosive knock that came against an Asian opponent. He played this knock in the third match of the T20I series between the two teams at Port of Spain. Pakistan batted first but could not impress with their batting display in the first innings They could only manage to score 137 runs which was chased down by West Indies comfortably in the second innings. Evin Lewis made this run chase a lot easier by scoring 91 runs off 51 deliveries. He also got the Player of the Match award for his batting effort.
