The Wankhede Stadium is home to the Mumbai Indians in the IPL. The ball travels at this venue. The ground not only allows the batters to play their shots through the line but also helps the bowlers to
extract bounce off the surface due to the nature of red soil pitches present in Mumbai. There have been 171 fifty plus scores racked up at this ground. A total of 11719 runs have been amassed here from 2008 to 2023.
