Top 3 players to watch out for in SL vs IND 3rd ODI

The third and final ODI will be played between India and Sri Lanka at the Premadasa once again and this time the Sri Lankan team will be playing to win a series against the mighty Men in Blue and the Indians on the other hand will be wanting to comeback from the disappointing performances in the last two games of the series. The series is on the line and this time they will be looking to win this final game and draw the series.

There have already been some great performances from some players who have impressed us in the series and we will be looking into some of these players who might impress us in the next one as well. These players will be looking to make a huge impact in this final ODI game and we all will be looking forward to seeing what they will have in store for us tomorrow at Colombo.

So, here are the top 3 players to watch out for in the 3rd ODI between India and Sri Lanka:

3. Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli

The King has not had the best of series so far as he has failed to convert his starts into big knocks which is really rare for a player of his calibre. However, if we have learnt something from Kohli is that he knows when to play when the team needs him to. There is no doubt that he will also be looking to give one more great knock before the Men in Blue go to Bangladesh and he will want to make the most of it.

2. Axar Patel

There is no doubt that we know how lethal Axar Patel is as a bowler, but we also know that he is a more than capable batter as well. We might have seen some decent knocks from the southpaw, but we know he is much more capable than that. Once Axar Patel can play that match-winning innings he can be one of the most dangerous players in the game.

1. Charith Asalanka

We have seen that the Lankan skipper is more than handy with the ball, but we also would want to see what he can do with the bat. Asalanka has already bowled some great spells but we still have to see his incredible and aggressive performances with the bat as well. This will make him a player that could change the game with his performances whether it is with bat or ball.
