3. Chennai (246/5 vs Rajasthan, 2010)

Vijay scored 127 runs from 56 balls as he hammered all of them all around the park.
2. Bangalore (248/3 vs Gujarat, 2016)
Bangalore has always been phenomenal with amazing batting lineups as they had Virat Kohli, Chris Gayle, Ab de Villiers, KL Rahul, and many more. In 2016 King Kohli was in beast mode as he hammered more than 950 runs in the tournament with four centuries. However, this big came against Suresh Raina-led Gujarat on May, 14. Batting first against Gujarat Bangalore posted 248 runs while only losing 3 wickets in 20 overs. The second-highest team score on this list is this one.
Two batting stalwarts of Bangalore Virat Kohli and Ab de Villiers made this possible as both hammered centuries. de Villiers hammered 129* runs while Kohli thrilled the audience with his mesmerizing 109 runs. In response, Gujarat failed to reach this impossible target and was defeated by 144 runs after being all out for 104 runs in 18.4 overs.
1. Bangalore (263/5 vs Pune)
Even though they have never won the championship Bangalore has played some incredible games in the Indian T20 League. Such a thrilling game led to the highest team total in the Indian T20 league. In the 2013 edition, Virat Kohli led-Bangalore was playing against Pune at their home ground. While batting first Bangalore posted an unbelievable 263 runs after losing 5 wickets. It was Chris Gayle who scored the fantastic 175 runs to guide Bangalore to achieve the mountainous total. This is not only the highest team total in Indian T20 League but remains the highest score in all T20s.
