Delhi Capitals had a formidable batting unit in the 2011 season. They had some of the biggest names in international cricket present on their roster. That batting unit helped Delhi score the highest team total at their home ground. The openers who are David Warner and Virender Sehwag have stitched a 146-run partnership for the first wicket. This partnership played a crucial role in carrying Delhi to 231 runs in the first innings.
