The star batter’s best knock came during the fourth Test match against Australia in 1991, where he went on to hammer 226 runs in the second innings. Speaking about the game here, the West Indies were all out for just 149 runs in the first inning; however, the side posted 536 runs owing to the magnificent batting of Gordon, who made 226 runs, including 32 fours, to help his side win the game by 343 runs against the strong Australian side.
