The Sri Lanka vs India T20I series ended on a great note as the fans got to see a Super Over in the last game, along with Suryakumar Yadav and Rinku Singh’s bowling in the death overs. Together, the bowlers saved 9 runs off 12 balls, which was quite unbelievable. Moreover, India won the series, 3-0, under the captaincy of Suryakumar Yadav.
The start of the captaincy stint on a winning note has added one feature to his cap. Now, he’ll return for the Bangladesh series with greater confidence. There were a few Sri Lankan players who did well throughout the series but failed to take their team past the victory line.
