3. 88 vs New Zealand (2013)

This was a really important innings during the 2013 trophy against the New Zealand Women’s team. The England team batted first and there was a slight trouble the batters were going through. It was Sarah Taylor’s innings of 88 from just 79 deliveries that made the difference and made sure her team reached a competitive total of 266 in the end. 2. 118 vs South Africa (2018)

This was another great inning from the keeper batter as she came at a time when the team had lost their star opener in Amy Jones on 71. Taylor formed a great partnership with Tammy Beaumont and went on to put up a big score of 331 on the board. It was once again Taylor’s impressive innings from Taylor where she scored 118 from just 106 deliveries and bagged the player of the match after her magnificent innings.

Once again it was South Africa Women who were the opponents once again and this time it was the 2017 World Cup. Taylor once again came at number 3 and played her usual aggressive innings forming one of the highest partnerships in the Women’s World Cup which eventually led to one of the highest totals as well. The total of 373 was achieved after Taylor went on to score 147 from just 104 deliveries which included 24 boundaries. This was one of her best innings in ODI’s and it came during a dominant World Cup for her team as well. This was the innings which led the England team to create history in the Women’s ODI World Cup.
