Ranking Imad Wasim’s top 3 performances in ODIs in batting and bowling

Former Pakistan all-rounder Imad Wasim has turned 35 years old. Last month, he decided to retire from international cricket. He made his ODI debut against Sri Lanka in 2015. In this five-match ODI series, the Green Brigade needed to win by 3-2 to qualify for Champions Trophy 2017 which they went on to win. Meanwhile, his last ODI was against Zimbabwe in 2020 at home.

In the second game between England and Pakistan, the Green Brigade batted first and helped the team reduce to 125/5, they reached 251 with Wasim scoring a fifty and former skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed getting a hundred. Even though the Asian side lost by four wickets, it was a fighting effort from Wasim and Ahmed.

For the visitors, Imad Wasim stood out with three for 53 runs in 10 overs. In reply, despite their best efforts, the Asian side was bowled out for 297, losing by 54 runs.
