This is the best batting performance of Abdul Razzaq in his test career. He played this knock against Bangladesh in Dhaka. In the first match of the 2-match test series, Pakistan defeated Bangladesh by a huge margin of an innings and 178 runs. Abdul Razzaq was instrumental, as he performed both with the bat and ball. In the second match of the ODI series Pakistan batted first and because of the joint efforts of Abdul Razzaq and opener Saleem Elahi, they scored 335 runs at the loss of 6 wickets. Pakistan was chasing 287 runs in the second innings which is a massive target to chase against a bowling unit like South Africa. Abdul Razzaq stepped up when Pakistan’s batting order was crumbling and took them across the finishing line with just one ball to spare. He was also adjudged the player of the match for his all-round performance.
