Predicting Zimbabwe's Playing XI for their second T20I against Pakistan

Get insights into the predicted Zimbabwe’s Playing XI for their second T20I. Pakistan’s trip to Zimbabwe didn’t get off to a great start as they lost the opening ODI in the rain. However, the Men in Green recovered to win the following two games and complete the ODI series with a 2-1 victory. Now, a three-match T20I series will pit these two teams against one another. On the 3rd of December Zimbabwe and Pakistan will play their second Twenty20 International at the Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo.

During this series, Pakistan had rested its senior players, including skipper Muhammad Rizwan. For the T20Is, Agha Salman will be the team’s captain. Senior players are returning to Zimbabwe, which will improve their batting.

Here are the predicted Zimbabwe’s Playing XI for the second T20I:

Top Order:

Tadiwanashe Marumani

Tadiwanashe Marumani will open the batting attack along with Brian Bennett. Brian Bennett, a naturally aggressive top-order hitter and a respectable offspinner, has quickly risen to the senior Zimbabwe squad. Tadiwanashe Marumani is a batsman in the top order. In 36 games he scored 629 runs. Dion Myers is a part-time seamer and a batter with good technique. In 18 T20Is he scored 482 runs and his highest is 96 runs.

Middle Order:

Sikandar Raza

Zimbabwe captain Sikandar Raza brings stability to the middle order. With experience of 96 T20i matches, he is the most experienced player for the team. He has scored over 2236 runs for Zimbabwe. While Ryan Burl gives me support to score runs in the middle. Both the players are experienced and can rotate strikes to get runs. Clive Madande, is a powerful middle-order batsman and wicketkeeper who can score quick runs if the top order fails.

Lower Middle Order:

Tashinga Musekiwa

With his powerful hitting abilities, Tashinga Musekiwa gives the squad lineup more strength. Tashinga Musekiwa has been a key member of the team. Lower middle-order batsman Wellington Masakadza is a competent left-arm orthodox spinner.

Lower Order:

Richard Ngarava

Richard Ngarava will open the bowling attack for the Zimbabwe team. The Zimbabwe bowling team now relies heavily on Richard Ngarava. He can obtain wickets because of his excellent speed and added bounce. A talented fast bowler, Blessing Muzarabani’s height allows him to extract steep speed and bounce. He’ll have the assistance of Trevor Wesley Gwandu. Despite his lack of experience, he can take wickets frequently.
