Predicting Australia’s Playing XI for their 3rd ODI against England

ODI World Cup winners Australia continued their mastery over England in their 5-match ODI series. Mitchell Marsh and his side won the second game on Saturday played in Leeds by 68 runs. The first match of the series was also won by Australia with a 7-wicket margin as Travis Head scored a terrific ton.

The pressure is on the home team as the third game of the series moves to Chester-Le-Street. The game is to be played on Wednesday afternoon before the final two matches are played at Lord’s and Bristol.

Loss on Tuesday will ensure that Harry Brook and his side will have nothing but pride to play for. Mitchell Marsh and his team though will want to keep their foot on the pedal and win the third game and take home the series.

Here is the Australian predicted XI for the 3rd ODI vs England

Steve Smith failed to get going yet again but the Australian star has too much experience and the team management will hope he bounces back. Marnus Labuschagne couldn’t repeat his heroics with the bat as he scored just 19 runs. The best batter for the visiting side was Alex Carey who scored 74 off 67 balls with 8 fours and 3 sixes.
