Predicting Adelaide Strikers Women’s playing XI for their match against Sydney Sixers Women in WBBL 2024

Get our predictions for the Adelaide Strikers Women’s playing XI ahead of their WBBL 2024 match against the Sydney Sixers Women. Defending champions Adelaide Strikers kicked off the 2024 season of WBBL with a game against Brisbane Heat and lost the game by 4 runs. It wasn’t the kind of start that Tahlia McGrath would have hoped for from her team.

With the bat the Adelaide Strikers skipper McGrath was the lead scorer with 51. The Australian star found no support from her other teammates. This meant that Brisbane could restrict Adelaide to just 133 on the board.

With the likes of Laura Wolvaardt and Megan Schutt in the team, Adelaide will be expected to bounce back. It won’t be an easy affair as they take on Sydney Sixers who are flying high after a comprehensive win over Melbourne Renegades in their first match. WBBL 2024
