IPL 2025: Predicting SRH’s playing XI for their clash against DC

The 10th IPL 2025 match between the Delhi Capitals (DC) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will take place at Visakhapatnam. DC began their campaign with a narrow victory, which should boost their hope.  Ahead of the game against SRH the team will hope to maintain their winning streak. 

In contrast, SRH had a great start but had to face defeat in their second game at home.  They will be keen to recover, but defeating DC will not be an easy task.  During the last IPL, Sunrisers Hyderabad changed their strategy for playing Twenty20 cricket, and they are now thought to be a squad capable of surpassing the 300-run milestone by routinely scoring 250 runs or more. The game will be an exciting clash for both teams.

Top Order:

SRH has got one of the most dangerous top orders in the IPL 2025. Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma start to attack bowlers right from the start. Since the last IPL both have started to smash bowlers and made some records. In the last game, Travis Head held the other end and scored 47 runs when Abhishek Sharma lost his wicket quickly. Adding Ishan Kishan to the team SRH has built a strong top order. In his first game with SRH, he scored 106 runs as he smashed bowlers all over the order. 

Middle Order: 

Young batter Nitish Kumar Reddy is very calm and composed. His batting has improved and he is a key player in the middle. His batting brings stability to the team and can start hitting the ball across the ground.  Heinrich Klaasen gives him support. He is one of the most dangerous batters in cricket and can be a game-changer for the team. With his hard style of batting, he can get quick runs on the scoreboard.  So far Abhinav Manohar hasn’t got a chance to show his batting skills but in upcoming games, he can be a helpful batter in the middle.

Lower-Middle Order:

Aniket Verma and Pat Cummins give the batting depth. Pat Cummins helps the team with both batting and bowling. In the last game smashed three sixes and scored 18 runs from 4 balls. His cameo helped the team to get out of the struggle. He also picked 

Lower-Order:

The new ball will be shared by Mohammed Shami and Pat Cummins. Both the bowlers are effective in power play as they usually pick wickets. While Simajeet Singh and Harshal Patel will give support in fast bowling.

Impact Player: Adam Zampa will come as an impact player for the team. His leg spin bowling will be useful for the team to get control of the game. He will be a key bowler in the team who will be bowling final overs.
