Sunrisers need to urgently address their bowling woes before it gets too late.

The most frightening batting line-up of the Indian Premier League gave no show against Gujrat Titans. Abhishek Sharma, Travis Head and Ishan Kishan departed after getting decent starts. The middle order tried to instill some fight but couldn’t revive the innings. The lower middle order also failed to make an impactful end in the death overs.

Simranjeet Singh was brought in as the impact substitute for Sunrisers Hyderabad towards the end of their batting innings. He was brought in to shoulder the responsibility of saving the runs for his side. However, he failed to prove his worth as he conceded 20 runs in an over.
