IPL 2024: Predicting Rajasthan Royals’ Playing XI for their clash against Gujarat Titans

Rajasthan Royals (RR) are having a brilliant IPL season as they are unbeaten after four matches and have played some quality cricket. They are leading the points table with eight points and are looking like a strong contender for the playoffs. Top Order

The top order of RR consists of three brilliant batters, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Jos Buttler and Sanju Samson. All three players have been consistent in the IPL so far and played individual knocks which have been quite fruitful for the team. Moreover, in the previous match, Buttler scored a beautiful century which helped RR win the match against RCB. Hence, this same approach will be expected of them in the upcoming matches as well. 

Middle Order

RR’s middle order looks even stronger since Riyan Parag is back in form along with Shimron Hetmyer and Dhruv Jurel. Riyan’s performance in this year’s IPL is extremely amazing as he has three half-centuries in five matches. He has quite literally become the backbone of RR. Moreover, Hetmyer’s short cameos helped the team put huge totals on the board. All the batters’ collective efforts are the reason why RR is on top of the table. 

Lower middle order and bowlers

The rest of the team includes Ravichandran Ashwin, Trent Boult, Avesh Khan, Nandre Burger, and Yuzvendra Chahal who are world-class bowlers with great speed and variations. When it comes to batting, all the players can swing their bats well, which is an added benefit for the team.
