1. Shubman Gill

The GT captain will be an obvious choice going into the season. Even though he has not shown his peak form so far he is still one of the highest run scorers for the team going into this season and an important player.

The last game was missing the aggressive power play batting of Wriddhiman Saha at the top. We know that he was not featuring in the side due to a back spasm, but if he is fit enough for the next game, he should feature in the playing squad.

3. Sai Sudharsan

He is the highest run scorer for the Titans so far and has been scoring vital runs for his team. Sudharshan has been a great number 3 batter for the team with his incredible technique and ability to play long innings in the middle.

4. Matthew Wade

this is the time for Gujarat to test out the ability of Matthew Wade, who has great numbers in T20 cricket. Williamson might be a great batter, but it is safe to say that the Aussie has the T20 mindset to put the RR bowlers under pressure.

5. Shahrukh Khan

Vijay Shankar has not lived up to the expectations so far. It will be better if Titans can test out the power of Shahrukh Khan in the middle order. The Tamil Nadu batter with his raw hitting can be another finishing option.

Tewatia has shown in the last game that he can still play the vital knocks down the order. Tewatia has shown in the past that he is a reliable finisher and he will be a much better pick playing against his former team.

7. Rashid Khan

Rashid Khan is one of the iconic players for the team and he definitely will be in the mix next match. Rashid is not only a spin masterclass, but he is also a handy batter down the order as well. The experience and skills he possesses cannot be replaced.

8. Noor Ahmad

Another Afghan spinner who has impressed everyone is Noor Ahmed. He also bowled an economical spell in the middle last match. The duo of Rashid and Noor should be untouched, especially against the powerful batting lineup of the Royals.

9. Umesh Yadav

Umesh Yadav has so far done a great job as one of the frontline pacers for Gujarat. The last match was a huge example of his ability with the new ball. There is no reason why he should not be playing the next game.

10. Spencer Johnson
